Inca Trail is a wonderful experience… you can observe the beautiful scenery and landscapes that show you the feeling of the Andes. In the trail you will find stone tunnels and wooden bridges, big rivers, valleys with warm cloud forests and cold highlands… each of them in the Inca Trail to the wonder of the world MACHUPICCHU
Early at morning, Pick up from hotel. Arriving to Km. 82 by bus. This day we will begin with a hiking of about 5 to 6 hours of walking. We will visit the archaeological site of Llactapata, where we will appreciate Andean plants and tipical animals of the region… Then we will have the lunch. When we will camp in HUAYLLABAMBA (camp site) Then we will have a delicious dinner and we would enjoy the magic landscape.
Early at the morning, we will have the breakfast then we will start our walk… This day, we will arrive to WARMIHUAÑUSCA (4050 m) Then we will down by 6 or 7 hours to Pacaymayu valley (3600 m ). We will have an intensive contact with the depth and warmth of the valley… In this place we will have a delicious lunch, dinner and camp.
After the breakfast we will begin our trekking, we would appreciate Runcurakay (archaeological place), SAYACMARCA, Conchamarca, PUYUPATAMARCA and WIÑAYHUAYNA, they are original and unique cultural expression of the Incas… During the trekking we will enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of snowy peaks of the region. Near to WIÑAYHUAYNA, we will enjoy the delicious dinner, then we will camp.
Very early after 2 hours of the breakfast, We will arrive to INTIPUNKU. From this place we will can contemplate the Archaeological Park of Machu Picchu … the most magic Inca Place. We will enjoy Machupicchu around 2 hours, Our Professional tour guide will explain us everything of this magic Inca Temple… Then we will have free time to take photos and visit the places of our preference. We will come back to Cusco in the afternoon. Optionally: We would spend a night in Aguas Calientes.
The 4th annual International Culinary Fair of Lima, Mistura 2011, is taking place right now at Parque de la Exposición in the center of Lima as foodies from around the world gather for good times and good food. The event will be continuing through to the 18th. Throughout the year Peru has been combed for vendors and chefs of quality and there are more than 1800 products available at the market. One of the big themes of this year's event is "fruits of the Amazon", although you'll find products native to all regions of the country.
Sacred Mt Pachatusan, whose name is quechua for "He Who Sustains the Earth", has the honor of being a preferred site for traditional pre-Columbian rites- such as offerings to the Apu (Mountain Deity) or Pachamama (Earth Mother), purifications, and Ayahuasca ceremonies- as well as the site of one of Peru's largest pilgrimages, the Lord of Huanca.
Sanctuary Garden is an area of privately-owned property within the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu zone. It boasts recently discovered archeological sites including Inca terraces, irrigation canals, shrines, storehouses, towers, tunnels, and more, in an area that still has not been fully explored. Part of the Inca Trail Network crosses this area as well.
