Pirwa Hostel Machu Picchu is conveniently placed near the train station in Aguas Calientes (as Machu Picchu Pueblo is colloquially known), so our dedicated staff will come meet you upon your arrival as a free service, to help you with your luggage and to show you to the hostel.
Our Machu Picchu backpacker's hostel offers both shared dormitories for up to 4 or 5 people, with shared or private bath, as well private single, double, and triple rooms, all with private bath. The rooms are large, with large windows showcasing pleasant views facing the green mountainsides of Aguas Calientes, with some also looking out over the town or the river.
You can stop by the in-house Travel Desk with your questions or to enquire about excursions or plan the next leg of your trip, or relax in the lounge and socialize with other travelers who've also gathered here to discover Machu Picchu, the Lost City of the Incas, for themselves. Those who are visiting the ruins the day of their check-out can rely on our secure luggage storage and conveniently return to pick up their things before their train leaves to avoid lugging around too much.
